DESCRIPTION:Dieses Retreat findet auf Englisch mit französischer Übersetzung statt \nToulouse\, Frankreich\n\n\n\n\nInspired by the ancient practice of Chöd\, Feeding Your Demons® (FYD) is a five-step process created by Lama Tsultrim Allione that allows us to offer compassion and understanding to our own inner demons rather than engaging in battle and struggling with them. This process is of great benefit when working with a wide variety of personal demons and other dilemmas of modern life. In this Kapala Training Level 1\, the FYD work will be balanced by meditations on the “nature of mind” as taught  in Tibetan Buddhism. It is the first step for licensed healing professionals who want to become certified to use this process professionally. This training is open to those with all levels of experience and interests. \nFYD has benefited thousands worldwide\, with practitioners from every walk of life on five continents. A 2018 FYD pilot study found that FYD was associated with an increase in self compassion\, emotion awareness and self regulation\, and satisfaction with life and a decrease in stress\, craving\, depression\, and intolerance for uncertainty. FYD transcends spiritual constructs\, serving as a meaningful tool for anybody\, regardless of religious affiliation or personal philosophy. \nThis retreat is open to all. She has taught Buddhism and Yoga around the world since 2001 and co-translated Sublime Dharma: A Compilation of Two Texts on the Great Perfection\, published in 2012. In 2015\, she was given the title of senior lead teacher\, Dorje Lopön (Varjācharya)\, by Lama Tsultrim Allione and Tulku Sang-ngag Rinpoche at Tara Mandala Retreat Center in Colorado\, USA. She is on the Tara Mandala Equity\, Diversity\, & Inclusion Council which addresses issues of underrepresentation of people from different cultural\, racial\, sexual orientation\, and social backgrounds in the Dharma and at Tara Mandala.
